Required Forms & Payment

The following forms are required for all Fox Ridge Athletics. The student should turn in these forms directly to the coach on the first day of practice.

• Athletic Registration Form
• Athletic Code of Conduct Form 
• Athletic Emergency Card

 

Additionally, the following fees will apply to participate in each of the following sports:

• Co-Ed Track, All Grades: $60
• Boys' Basketball, 8th Grade: $60
• Boys' Basketball, 6/7 Grades: $30
• Girls' Basketball, 8th Grade: $60
• Girls' Basketball, 6th/7th Grade: $30
• Co-Ed Wrestling, All Grades: $60
• Girls' Volleyball,  8th Grade: $60
• Girls' Volleyball, 6th/7th Grade: $30

Payments can be made on-line, using the MySchoolBucks tile within your My.CherryCreek account, or students can bring in check/cash to our bookkeeper.
