Did you know that healthy sleep helps you feel better, look better and perform better in school, sports and other activities? The CCSD Health and Wellness Office is sponsoring a Healthy Sleep Challenge during the month of March. This voluntary program is targeted toward high school and middle school students, but families and district employees are welcome to participate.
