Check-In Information
School Fees

There are fees for a variety of school items.  Please plan to pay for fees at check-in.  Fees may be paid by cash or check.  We cannot accept credit cards or debit cards at this timeClick​ Here for a list of fees for the 2016-2017 school year.


Bus pick-up locations and times will be mailed home from the Transportation Department in early August.  Bus pick-up times and bus stops will be indicated in that letter.  If you have any questions about bus transportation, call (720) 886-7477.  Those students who will be walking, riding bikes or driven by their parents should arrive at Fox Ridge no earlier than 7:50 a.m.

Immunizations for students are required by state law.  Updates provided by the student's physician should be brought to Check-In.  Students new to the District should bring a copy of their immunization records that they have turned in to the admissions office.  Students who have not received the required immunizations will not be allowed to register and therefore not attend school. 

Lunch Accounts

All students have an account through Cherry Creek's Student Nutrition Center.  The PIN number students used for the 2015-2016 school year will remain the same for the 2016-17 school year.  Accounts may be replenished at Check-In via checks made payable to Fox Ridge Middle School or at  We recommend that you confirm your student's PIN number at Check-In.  Meal prices for middle school for the 2016-17 school year are:  $1.85 Breakfast, $3.05 Lunch plus a la carte items at various prices.  Students may bring lunch from home or pay cash for food purchases.

Athletic and Activities Fees

The Cherry Creek Board of Education has authorized the collection of Athletic and Activity Fees at the middle school level for the 2016-17 school year.  This approved, yet optional fee structure means all middle school students will be requested to pay a $10 activity fee which will partially offset the cost of operating our programs.

Athletic Information

Athletic Emergency Forms are required for any student who intends to participate in any sport at Fox Ridge.  Physicals are not required for participation.   All required athletic forms are on this website under "Athletics and Clubs." 

School Picture Information

School Pictures WILL be taken during Check-In.  All students will have their picture taken at Check-In for their Student ID card and the yearbook, even if they are not ordering pictures.  We will follow the dress code for pictures.   Order forms will be mailed from Creative Imaging before Check-In dates.


Yearbook purchases will be online only this year.  They will be sold through Jostens.  The link for purchases will be available at Check-In.   

Thursday, August 11, is the first full day of school.

Classes will start Monday at 8:05 a.m. and the day will be completed at 3:05 p.m.  Students will need to be at their bus stop five minutes before their scheduled pick-up times.

General Information

School starts at 8:05 a.m. and ends at 3:05 p.m.

Breakfast will be available from 7:50 a.m. to 8 a.m. each school day. 

Doors will not be open for students to enter the building until 7:50 a.m.

After school activities will begin at 3:10 p.m. and end at 4:10 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Late buses will leave Fox Ridge at 4:15 p.m.

There will be no after school activities on Wednesdays.
